JEDDAH — Red alerts for heavy rain have been issued for parts of Saudi Arabia on Wednesday, as moderate to heavy thunderstorms that could lead to flash floods across several regions, according to the National Center for Meteorology (NCM). WASHINGTON — A federal judge on Monday postponed a trial in the US for a former Libyan intelligence official charged in the 1988 bombing of Pan Am Flight 103, after new evidence on the 37-year-old case came to light three days ago.
