RIYADH — Saudi Minister of Justice Dr. Walid Al-Samaani has approved the Implementing Regulations of the Enforcement Law, which will take effect on October 29, 2026, coinciding with the enforcement of the new law. The regulations, issued under Royal Decree No. M/237, were published Friday in the official gazette, Umm Al-Qura. AI agents could become significant new invisible network users by the end of the decade, with 63 percent of smartphone users in the UAE expected to delegate everyday tasks to AI agents by 2030, according to new Ericsson ConsumerLab report.
