RIYADH —Civil Defense teams in Makkah responded on Tuesday to a report that three children had been swept into a flash flood. In a statement posted on its X platform, the Civil Defense said its teams had rescued one of the children, and another one was found dead, while search operations continued for the missing third child. Siemens Mobility is strengthening one of the Middle East’s most important urban transport systems with a major expansion of the Riyadh Metro fleet.
